If you have a citrine, you can hold it during the meditation. If you don't have one, you can focus on the one in the pictures. Or close your eyes and imagine a citrine crystal.

Before you begin, find a quiet space where you can relax without interruptions. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, and hold your citrine crystal in your hand or place it nearby.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in. As you inhale, imagine a warm, golden light entering your body, filling you with a sense of calm and peace. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension or stress from your day. Continue to breathe deeply and evenly, allowing your body to relax with each breath.
