I am living proof that one can transform her life from the dark, cold abyss to sunny, warm paradise.

I don't mean to imply that my life always feels like paradise, I am a humble work in progress. I also believe life is meant to have the balance of yin and yang. We all experience good and bad, positive and negative, light and dark. But my life as I know it now, is consistently FAR HAPPIER and MORE FULFILLING than ever before. I can confidently say now, MOST days feel like paradise! You know--that easy, effortless and enjoyable state of being.

My childhood was full of creature comforts, luxury even, but I did not feel love. My parents were typical of their generation--work hard, buy a big house in a pretty neighborhood, take care of the kids, take a vacation, work hard. You know, The All American Dream. They had great intentions and did the best they knew how. I knew that my parents loved me and I loved them, but I could rarely FEEL the love. Typical of their generation, emotional intimacy was not on the radar. I was encouraged to follow the rules, strive for success, marry a man with potential, have kids and, well, you know the rest. Well, being a natural born pleaser, I followed their advice, and my life felt emptier and emptier...I felt like a robot, going through life. I felt dark and cold and lonely inside. On the outside, all looked rosy and wonderful, yet on the inside I felt very empty. I felt disconnected from everyone, including myself. After achieving what many would call "success" and "The All American Dream" I daily asked myself, "So this is it?" "I'm at the mountain top and this is how it feels?"

After the birth of my third child, I had a life-threatening illness. While in the hospital, I had an angelic visit which showed me that I must make some hard choices to change the course of my life, or I may lose it.

I began to seek out psychological and spiritual counseling, coaching and energy-based healing which took me on a powerful journey of self discovery. I came to realize that the root of my unhappiness was two main things--

1) I was not in touch with My Truth, what I wanted for My Life. So many of us, especially women, are told "that's selfish." I was living for my parents', society's as well as my own ego's idea of what was good and right.

2) I didn't have a true connection with The Divine. The Divine within and without. I was religious, prayed and went to church, but it also felt empty. It was just going through the motions.

Through several wonderful teachers and counselors, I discovered meditation, which took me on a journey to my true self, revealed my Soul Self. It also reconnected me to Divine Source. For the first time in my life, I felt Self-Love, identified what I want for my life and finally experienced deep and true connection and meaning. This was the beginning of my personal transformation. From there, I was able to make the hard choices necessary for my and my family's survival and growth.

So, after decades of living the American Dream, unfullfilling relationships and jobs, serious health challenges and great suffering, I am now living the life of MY Dreams. I am in a deeply loving and meaningful relationship, I am free from the health challenges that plagued me, and I am joyfully and gratefully doing the work I was born to do! I am finally living an authentic life.

And the REALLY GREAT news is, it won't have to take you decades, as it did me. The new spiritual and energy-based tools available today help us heal and grow at a MUCH FASTER rate than talk therapy.

If I can find true and deep peace and happiness and fulfillment, so can YOU!
